Shipping Policy
We strive to provide our customers with the best experience possible and want to ensure your OGA products are delivered to you at the highest quality! We deliver every Tuesday and Thursday. All packages are shipped via parcel machines or courier within 2 days.
We offer paid or partially paid delivery in the Baltic states. However, you can also purchase products from other countries. We will help you find the best delivery options.
There are the following delivery options:
- Parcel machine: 3.00 EUR
- Courier to your doorstep: 6.00 EUR
Delivery to a parcel machine is free for purchases over 30 EUR in the Baltic states.
It is the responsibility of the delivery company to deliver your order after it has shipped from our facility. North Effect SIA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, products left out for extended periods, weather conditions, or other delays beyond our control.
We ship to the exact address you provide at checkout. Please double-check that your address is correct before submitting your order.
To ensure the quality and safety of our products, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. If products are found to be damaged during transportation or if there is a manufacturing defect (for example, if the cap is not properly sealed), please contact our customer service at info@e-oga.com.
