Terms of Use

SIA NORTH EFFECT, Reg. No.: 40203201290, Address: Dārza iela 2, Rīga, LV-1007, Latvia (hereinafter referred to as "the Online Store"), provides the content available on this website and offers goods/services in accordance with the Terms of Use outlined below.

General Terms
If a consumer purchases goods/services through this website, such an agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is subject to the laws of the Republic of Latvia governing distance contracts, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, the Cabinet of Ministers’ regulations “Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts,” and other applicable laws.

Making a Purchase
The prices and specifications of the products sold in the Online Store are provided next to the products.
To place an order, add the desired products to your shopping cart. Fill in all the required fields and choose the most suitable delivery method. The total order cost, including delivery, will then be displayed on the screen. Complete the purchase by making the payment to finalize the order.

Payment Terms
The currency for payments on the website is Euro. Purchases can be paid using the following payment methods provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, operated by Maksekeskus AS:
• Payments via Latvian internet banks: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, and Luminor
• Payments via Estonian internet banks: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor
• Payments via Lithuanian internet banks: Swedbank, SEB, and Luminor
• Visa/Mastercard card payments
NB! When using an internet bank payment method, confirm the order and click the "Return to Merchant" button.
The personal data necessary for making payments are transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.
The contract becomes effective once the payment is successfully transferred to the Online Store's bank account. If for any reason the order cannot be fulfilled, the Buyer will be informed, and the paid amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the notification.

Delivery Terms
Products are delivered to the following countries: Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. Purchased products are delivered using parcel machines or couriers. All duties and taxes required for receiving the package at the delivery destination must be covered by the Buyer. Delivery costs are displayed before confirming the order. Purchased products are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within 2-3 business days. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to ship the products within 45 calendar days, informing the customer in advance.

Cancellation Rights
We only offer refunds for orders that have not yet been processed. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to issue a refund. Therefore, we encourage our customers to thoroughly review their purchase details and shipping addresses before completing their orders.

Consumer Rights Regarding Non-Conforming Goods
To ensure the quality and safety of our products, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. If products are found to be damaged during transportation or if there is a manufacturing defect (for example, if the cap is not properly sealed), please contact our customer service by email at info@e-oga.com.
The Online Store is not responsible for defects that occur after the goods have been delivered to the Buyer. If the purchased products have defects for which the Seller is responsible, the Buyer has the right to request that the defects be rectified or the goods be exchanged for new products free of charge.

Processing of Buyer’s Personal Data
The Online Store processes only the personal data that the Buyer has provided during the order process, such as name, surname, email, etc.
The Online Store transfers personal data to the delivery service provider(s) to ensure the delivery of the products.
If you have explicitly agreed to receive our marketing communications, including news, we may occasionally contact you by sending information about our services and the latest offers. For this purpose, we may process your email address, which you provided when signing up for marketing communication. The Buyer has the option to opt out of marketing communications by notifying us via email at info@e-oga.com.
